How To Use Us?
We want to make the experience of using Concrete Supermarket a positive conclusion to finding the concrete supplier in your area or the area where the project site is. Below are a series of short written texts and matching videos to help you understand how the search process works. If you can’t find the answer then let us know by following this link to the contact us form.
Search By Your Location
Concrete Supermarket makes it easy for you to search for suppliers based on your location.
From the main search screen select the Use My Location Button. A list of all local suppliers will immediately appear below the map. The map will be populated with markers to show you the location of the suppliers listed.
Your location is identified by a green circle marker. To start a new search simply click the reset button.
You will need to ensure that your location services are switched on or select allow if a message box appears.

Search for a specific location
Concrete Supermarket makes it easy for you to search for suppliers in a specific location. From the main search screen start typing in the search bar. Location results will immediately begin to appear below as you type. Tap or click on the location that you require and the map will immediately populate with markers and a list of all suppliers in and around that location. How to filter your results
Concrete Supermarket makes it easy for you to filter the search results to show exactly what you need.
From the main search screen you can select the Products and Services you require by checking the box next to the icons, you can select as many as you like. Please note that the more filters you select the more limited the results will be.
You can filter before or after you have entered a location to search. Either way the results will be displayed that show what you have selected.

How to view on map
How to use us - Concrete Supermarket makes it easy for you to view suppliers on the map.
Once you have entered your search location the map will populate with coloured map markers. Each marker represents a specific supplier.
Click on the marker to view the supplier details and contact information or click on the show on map button within the supplier listing below and the map will scroll to the supplier chosen.
Your search location is shown by a green circle marker.
Please note on mobile devices you will need to enable the map with the show map button.

How to contact a supplier
How to use us - Concrete Supermarket makes it easy for you to connect with the right supplier.
Once you have entered your search location and the map and list have populated you can connect with your chosen supplier in a number of ways.
You can click on the phone number in the supplier listing box to call the supplier.
If you want to email the supplier then click on the contact us icon or if you need more information you can visit the suppliers website.

How to start a new search
Concrete Supermarket makes it easy to search for the right supplier. If you need to start again or create a new search simply tap or click on the reset button and your current search will be cleared. You can then enter a new search location or click the use my location button. Take a look at the video opposite to see a demonstration.
How to leave a review
Concrete Supermarket make it easy for you to leave a review for a specific supplier. Reviews are a great way to give suppliers feedback on their performance and to help other customers on deciding which suppliers to use. Simply click on reviews at the bottom of the suppliers listing and a new window will pop up. Complete your name, email and the title of the review and any comments that you have. Give a star rating and then tap or click on the submit review button. All reviews are moderated in line with our privacy policy and will be checked for content. As a thank you for leaving a review all reviewers names will be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win £100 Amazon voucher. Take a look at the video opposite to see a demonstration.
